Any mineral rights owned by Bradley Homestead Ranch will be conveyed with the property, but Seller is not representing any ownership.
Bradley Homestead Ranch is zoned agricultural resulting in low property taxes. It is currently being used as a cattle ranch. The BLM permit has Wilson Creek running through it which has always provided water, and there is also a well with a solar pump on it providing additional water for livestock.
